The title of this track stems from the post tour health of Matty after Still Busts tour with thekidisfireworks. He'd damaged his body to the extent that he was finding it hard to keep his blood sugar levels down so much so that he had to triple his intake of insulin. Having a hypo was a sign that the levels were coming down but the pain in his knees he'd attributed to high sugar levels still remained.

The song is about how, having diabetes has made him more of an organised person. Something he definitely wasn't before and the theme is generally 'every cloud has a silver lining...'
